What are the job responsibilities in the warehouse?
Your main responsibilities will include order picking, packing, inventory management, loading/unloading goods, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.
What are the working hours and shifts available?
We offer flexible shifts: Morning (8 AM - 4 PM), Evening (4 PM - 12 AM), and Night (12 AM - 8 AM). You can choose the shift that works best for you.
Is there any experience required?
No prior warehouse experience is required. We provide complete training to all new team members. Basic education and willingness to learn are all you need.
How and when will I get paid?
We process payments every week directly to your bank account. Salaries are paid every Friday for the previous week's work.
What is the selection process?
The process is simple: 1) Submit your application, 2) Quick phone interview, 3) Document verification, 4) Job offer and onboarding. The entire process takes 2-3 days.
Are there opportunities for career growth?
Yes! We regularly promote from within. You can grow from Warehouse Associate to Team Lead, Supervisor, and even Warehouse Manager based on performance.
What facilities are provided at the warehouse?
We provide safe working conditions, drinking water, rest areas, safety equipment, and clean washroom facilities. Some locations also provide meal facilities.
Is transportation provided?
While we don't provide transportation, our warehouses are located near public transport routes. We also offer shift allowance to help cover travel costs.
